WHAT WE DO
Free Pickup
We make responsible electronics recycling easy with free pickup services for businesses, schools, and data centers throughout Oklahoma. School and data center pickups are always free, regardless of volume. Local businesses qualify for free pickup with a minimum of 25 items. No surprise per-pound pickup fees.
Free Drop Off
We make responsible electronics recycling easy and accessible for individuals, businesses, schools, and organizations. Drop off a wide range of electronics at no charge and know that your equipment will be handled through secure, responsible recycling and reuse processes.
Recycle, Refurbish, & Repurpose
We believe responsible electronics recycling goes beyond keeping equipment out of landfills. We prioritize reuse, refurbishment, and material recovery whenever possible to extend the life of electronics and maximize value. For equipment requiring recycling, we work with a carefully vetted R2v3-certified downstream partner that operates the only R2v3-certified smelter in the United States, ensuring materials are processed responsibly and to rigorous industry standards.
Data Destruction
When your organization retires IT equipment, protecting the data stored on those devices is essential. The Sustain Group provides secure data destruction and media sanitization services designed to help businesses protect sensitive information throughout the IT asset disposition process. We follow NIST SP 800-88 Media Sanitization Guidelines and provide Certificates of Destruction at no additional charge to business customers. For equipment requiring physical destruction, our in-house hard drive degaussing and shredding services provide an additional layer of protection for a small additional fee.
Data Security & Compliance

The Sustain Group provides secure, documented data destruction and IT asset disposition services designed to maintain chain of custody from pickup through final disposition. No, they are not. The Sustain Group is different for many critical reasons:

We are NOT just a junk / scrap company, we understand the assets that we recycle.
We carry $5,000,000 in Cyber & Data Breach insurance coverage at each location. In addition, no client data is ever connected to or exposed to the internet while in our custody.
We are a professional recycling facility with our main focus in e-waste recycling.
We destroy all client data that enters our facility within 72hrs. (This may vary depending on a client requirements)
We recycle over 25 tons of e-waste per month between our 2 locations.
We are compliant with all state and federal laws.
We are currently working towards becoming R2, RIOS, NAID, and ISO certified. These certifications take time and are very expensive, and we find significant value in being able to provide these type of reassurances to our clients.

Recycle ONLY with e-waste companies willing to show you their facility and how they process all the material.
DO NOT take your e-waste to Computer Stores unless they are partnered with a verified E-waste Recycling company. While many advertise that they take e-waste, they simply do NOT have the expertise or the facility to be able to process this type of waste adequately. Much of the e-waste taken in by these types of businesses is dumped after the valuable material is sorted and NOT actually recycled. Don't believe us? Just check their dumpsters and collection bins.
DO NOT use Junk Removal companies for e-waste disposal unless they are partnered with a verified E-waste Recycling company. Most junk removal companies will take all of your items straight to the dump and generally only recycle the metals that they get paid on.
DO NOT give your e-waste to just anyone unless they are licensed, insured, and have a physical dedicated processing facility. There are many people posing as e-waste recycling companies these days. They will simply take your e-waste home to their garage and just sell off anything with value, while dumping everything else in the trash. In some cases these individuals will try to chemically extract the precious metals, which is not only dangerous but illegal in many states.

No, for drops offs there is no requirement that you separate the e-waste and is always free. For free pickups, we do ask that the e-waste is centralized in a dedicated area for easy loading. This helps to ensure that the materials can be properly processed and transported.
We ONLY partner with certified and/or R2v3 down streams to refine and process all of our material. We have a strict no landfill policy for electronic waste.
We have you covered! We professionally wipe all hard drives, solid state drives, and other storage media free of charge! We ONLY use professional grade processes, hardware, and software to wipe drives (NO freeware software like D-BAN). We will even provide you with a certificate of data destruction or sanitization once complete.
We offer certified NSA, DOD, NIST compliant hard drive and media destruction if you need that extra level of confidence that your data has been destroyed. Our professional degaussing and shredding machines are 100% effective and guaranteed. All data destruction services are performed in house and are not sent to a 3rd party.
