RETURN POLICY - ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, & ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS.

GENERAL ELECTRONICS WARRANTY POLICY - All electronic items come with a 30 day replacement ONLY warranty (unless otherwise expressed). Warranty will be honored 30 days from date of purchase and as long as item is the same condition as at time of purchase. Misuse, abuse, excessive wear, and or disassembly are NOT covered. Exchanges or Replacements are ONLY accepted in the case of a defective item and as part of the 30 day warranty. Warranty replacements are subject to availability for a like item, store credit maybe given as a substitute.

COMPUTER / LAPTOP / SERVER WARRANTY POLICY - All computers, laptops, and servers come with a 90 day replacement ONLY warranty (unless otherwise expressed). Warranty will be honored 90 days from date of purchase and as long as item is the same condition as at time of purchase. Misuse, abuse, excessive wear, and or disassembly are NOT covered. Exchanges or Replacements are ONLY accepted in the case of a defective item and as part of the 90 day warranty. Warranty replacements are subject to availability for a like item, store credit maybe given as a substitute.

VINTAGE ELECTRONICS WARRANTY POLICY - SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. Applies to all vintage electronics 15 years in age (from the manufactures date of release) or older are NOT covered under any warranty. These types of items are generally not readily available and cannot be replaced.
